    截至8月25日，临沂市罗庄区电话装机数达5.2万部，占该区总户数61%，达到并超过电话区标准，
建成沂蒙山区第一个电话区（县） 。 年内，电信部门对该区累计完成投资4000多万元，新增交换机
3.6万门，总容量达到7.8万门；新增光缆107皮长公里，达到172.8皮长公里；新增电缆589皮长公里，
达到1918皮长公里。共建成电话村100多个，电话镇3个，电话主线普及率达到6.91%。
