    2000年，出入境检验检疫局的CIQ－2000综合业务计算机管理系统，在省局的大力支持和帮助下，
经过认真的规划、设计和布线等工作，全部安装调试完毕。整个系统运行良好，为下一步尽快建立以
出入境检验检疫综合管理为主，与海关间的电子通关和与企业间的电子报检为辅的三环相连的网络运
行机制和信息化工程的全面实施奠定了良好的基础。
