    从5月下旬开始，全市法院开展了集中清理积案活动，提出了“不将积案带入下一世纪”口号。
工作中，摸清积案底数，实行定人员、定案件、定质量、定期限的“四定”方案，采取分管院长挂帅，
挂牌督办，超审限责任追究等措施，中院通过召开会议、组织检查等方式，及时进行调度。全市法院
共清理积案5110件，基本解决了诉讼案件久拖不结、超审限问题，初步实现了收结案良性循环。
