    一是强化了审级监督。中院共受理各类上诉案件3245件，审结3191件。在审结的案件中，维持原
判的1420件，改判、发回重审的310件，调解、驳回、撤诉以及作其他处理的737件。工作中，将监督
与指导有机结合，针对二审中发现的问题，及时通过情况通报、内部函示等形式进行指导。二是强化
了审判监督。共受理再审案件455件，审结434件，其中依法改判137件。办理国家赔偿案件8件。受理
检察机关抗诉的案件73件，审结68件，其中依法改判30件。
