    全市法院强化执行力度，实行统一调警执行、委托执行、提级执行、指定执行、交叉执行等新的
措施，采取代位执行、债权转股权、以物抵债等方式，使一批难案得以执结。在执行临沂国际经济技
术合作公司诉山东秦池集团欠货款一案中，中院采用依法查封“秦池”商标的新执行方式，执结标的
额230余万元。全市法院共受理执行案件（含旧存）28095件，执结26801件，执结率95%，执结标的额
12.6亿元，“执行难”问题初步得到解决。
