    坚持把军转干部安置工作作为一项重要的政治任务来完成。市及部分县区继续采取了考试考核相
结合的办法分配安置军转干部，做到安置政策公开、标准条件公开、分配计划公开、办事程序公开、
各项结果公开，不搞暗箱操作。全市349名转业干部安置到各级行政部门215人，事业单位98人，企业
36人。达到了部队、军转干部、接收单位三满意。
