    加快农村住房建设和危房改造、中心镇和中心村建设，完善村镇基础设施和公共服务设施配套建
设，改善农民群众的生产生活条件。年内，全市完成村镇建设投资99亿元，其中小城镇建设投资35亿
元；新建住宅936万平方米，公共建筑187万平方米，生产建筑332万平方米；建设农村住房127506户，
改造危房27038户，集中建设改造村庄769个。住房和城乡建设部在临沂市召开建材下乡（山东）现场
会，推广了临沂市的经验和做法。
