了城乡基础设施水平和生态环境水平。年内，全市完成城建投资60亿元。全市城镇化水平达48%。住
房和城乡建设部将临沂城镇化的做法编入《村镇建设白皮书》。数字化城市管理工作通过了国家验收。
创建全国无障碍城市通过验收。
