    实施渔业专业合作组织和龙头企业带动战略，培植年产值过1000万元的水产品出口、加工、有机
鱼生产企业4家； 年产值过500万元的特色养殖企业5家。 其中经工商局注册的渔业合作社28家，社员
1293人，带动农户2459户，开展内部信用合作资金总量达2389万元。利用国家扶持政策，加大对合作组
织扶持力度。全市有100余家年产值过50万元的养殖、运销、出口、加工等典型企业，直接带动了成千
上万个农户增收致富。全市渔民人均纯收入同比增长10%以上。
