    积极发挥职能，开展了“临沂道德教育研究会”、“临沂公共关系协会”的组建工作；围绕文化
建设、城市建设、新农村建设、旅游经济等，组织开展了“临沂市传统文化文化专题研讨会”，组织
参与了“谷牧同志在滨海研讨会”等研讨活动。与有关部门联合，结合全市发展实际，制定了《临沂
市2010年社会科学研究课题指南》；组织开展2009年度立项课题的结题鉴定，结题84项；开展2010年度
课题申报立项工作，立项310项课题。
