    4月7日在兰山区召开。市人大常委会副主任杜甲普出席会议并讲话，秘书长王其东主持会议。市
人大信访工作领导小组全体成员，各县区人大常委会、市信访局、市中级人民法院、市人民检察院、
市公安局的负责人参加了会议。会议交流了2009年全市人大信访工作情况。杜甲普在讲话中对上年临
沂市各级人大信访工作给予充分肯定，对今后工作提出了要求。
