    配齐配强了区直4个专业招商局，在两个乡镇、办事处设立了正科级招商安商办公室。突出委托
招商和驻点招商，在宁波和深圳设立了2个招商办事处。全年全区在建项目94个，其中过20亿元项目1
个，过亿元项目22个，过5000万元项目25个，实际完成投资28亿元，增长86.7%；实际到位市外资金13
亿元，增长76.5%，增幅居全市第一位。
