    完成电信业务总量3.7亿元， 增长10.9%； 邮政业务总量2.3亿元， 函件总量228.5万份，报刊杂志
653.8万份。年末固定电话用户12.8万户，比年初减少2.5万户；移动电话用户56.5万户，比年初增加13.4
万户；电话普及率每百人69.4部，比上年每百人增加14.6部。
