    沂水大雪枣是沂水县选育的地方品种，富含人体所必须的天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、氨基酸、维生素
Ａ、Ｅ等20多种微量元素，是抗癌防癌的上等水果之一，对肝病、血液病、高血压、血管病有直接疗
效，称得上果中佳品。幼树栽植当年株产可达1～2公斤，比一般枣树提前4年进入丰产期。霜降后成
熟，属极晚熟品种，比一般品种晚熟近两个月。管理粗放，适应性强。碱、酸、山、洼地均适应栽植，
抗病力强。
