    沂蒙全蝎俗称全虫蝎子，古书上称虿。既是贵重药材，又是山珍佳肴。全蝎入药始见于《蜀本草》，
已有1100年历史。全蝎沂蒙山区各县均有分布，主产于平邑、沂水、蒙阴、沂南等县。由于蒙山北部
气候条件和环境条件非常适宜于山蝎的繁殖生长，故全蝎资源极为丰富，蕴藏量在2．55万斤以上。
全蝎主含蝎毒素，尚含甜菜碱、三甲胺、牛黄酸、卵磷脂等成分，性平，味甘辛，为医治诸风要药，
具有熄风镇痉、祛风攻毒之功能。可治疗惊痫抽搐、中风、半身不遂，口眼歪斜、破伤风、淋巴结核、
疮疡肿毒等症。
