    塘米是指罗庄区册山塘崖村所产的大米，主要特点是米粒大而均匀，洁白透明，质地粘糯，香味
浓郁。自唐代后，所产大米多被官府征收进贡，故又称“塘贡米”。l978年、1985年被山东省评为米
质独特风味第二和名优特稀产品。
