    “光棍鸡”是蒙阴地方名吃，以其独特风味，风靡沂蒙山区。创始人付泽明在蒙阴县城西岭开设
炒鸡店，以烹制蒙山大公鸡为主，且口味鲜美、风味特殊，吸引了大批食客。因炒鸡店工作人员全部
是男士，取材又全是大公鸡，便将此菜戏称“光棍鸡”，此店即叫“光棍鸡店”。1995年，在国家工
商局进行了商标注册。今临沂、济南、北京等地均有其分店。
    特点：色泽红亮、汁宽味浓、鲜香醇厚、药香浓郁。
