    2009年，市委政策研究室围绕市委、市政府中心工作，广泛开展调查研究，认真起草市委重要文
件和领导人讲话等文稿，推进调研成果转化，较好地完成了市委交办的各项工作任务。全年共协调组
织重要调研活动20余次，形成重要文稿40多篇，其中直接或间接进入市委决策的20多篇，以不同形式
在省级以上报刊发表10余篇。
