    加大对民办学校的管理力度，促进民办教育的健康发展。推进成人教育工作，积极开展“百日万
人”培训、 农村劳动力转移培训和农村新增劳动力实用技术培训活动。2009年，全市共举办各类培
训班800多期，培训人数达6万多人次，回乡初、高中毕业生参加培训率达90%以上，促进了农民工就
业和新农村建设。
