    全市财政系统坚持依法征管，挖掘增收潜力，强化督导考核，积极培植财源。全市实现地方财政
收入91.5亿元，增长14.1%，增幅高于全省平均水平1.7个百分点，其中，地方级税收收入完成69.6亿元，
增长18.2%， 占地方财政收入的76%，比上年提高2.7个百分点。做好组织收入，争取上级支持，累计
争取转移支付和其他各类资金96.5亿元， 增加25.8亿元，增长36.4%，争取的资金数额首次超过全市地
方财政收入规模，居全省首位。
