    全年先后为困难职工争取救助资金27万多元，为116户、303人办理了享受城市居民最低生活保障
手续，全年共发放保障资金34.4万余元。抽调4名副县级干部先后组建4个破产改制工作组进驻企业，
推进了市外贸肉品公司、 市外贸五矿公司、市外贸机械公司和市外贸饲料厂4家企业的破产工作。市
外贸肉品公司和市外贸五矿公司已实现破产终结；市外贸机械公司和市外贸饲料厂已进入资产处置和
变现阶段，通过改制可累计安置职工426人。
