    开展了水行政执法专项检查活动和水土保持监督执法专项行动。年内，共审查建设项目水资源论
证报告书5件， 对全市1720家用水单位取水规模、用水指标进行了重新核定。全市共查处各类水事违
法案件270余件，受理并办结水行政审批事项245起，接受群众咨询230次，满意率100％。征收水资源费
4992万元， 河道工程维护费873万元，水保两费509万元。在“3· 22”世界水日和“中国水周”期间，
围绕“落实科学发展观， 节约保护水资源”“和“跨界水---共享的水，共享的机遇”两个宣传主题
开展了水法规宣传普及教育活动。
