    加强药械检验，推行快速检验机制，完成了十一运药械的检验任务。年内，共完成药品抽验3065
批次，其中计划抽验 422 批，不合格 11批，不合格率为2.61 %。完成省局非法添加化学药品专项检
查初筛67批、 中药注射剂专项抽验89批、全运会检品86批。向社会提供咨询检验188批次。扎实推进
药械安全性监测工作，全年共上报ADR报告14739例，新严报告3519例，医疗器械不良事件报告2636例。
