    2009年，面对国际金融危机的严重冲击和各种挑战的考验，全市各级深入贯彻落实科学发展观，
认真执行“保增长、扩内需、调结构、惠民生”的政策措施，经济企稳回升，全市经济和社会事业保
持了良好发展态势。 经初步核算， 全年实现生产总值2110.18亿元， 增长13.4%； 其中，第一产业
增加值250.46亿元，增长3.9%；第二产业增加值1063.41亿元，增长14.9%；第三产业增加值796.31亿元，
增长14%。三次产业增加值之比为11.9：50.4：37.7，第三产业所占比重同比提高0.9个百分点。
