    充实完善了项目库， 汇总拟争取新增中央投资项目281个，总投资1483亿元；汇总投资3000万元以
上工业能源交通项目 263个， 总投资1069亿元。初选2010年度全市重点建设项目200个，总投资1141.1
亿元，年度计划投资365亿元。加强工程咨询行业管理，年内，策划、评估、论证项目100余个，提高
了投资的科学性和整体效益，避免了盲目投资以及低水平重复建设。
