    开展了学习实践科学发展观活动和“做党的忠诚卫士、当群众的贴心人”主题实践活动。完成了
市级派驻机构统一管理工作， 省纪委刊发了临沂市的做法。认真落实中纪委、省纪委和市委要求，
在3个县分别开展了有关改革试点工作。有4个县区纪委监察局被评为全省纪检监察系统先进集体，5
人被省记二等功，11人被省记三等功；有39个集体、103人受到市委、市政府表彰嘉奖。
