    常委会进一步加大了对信访案件的催办、督办力度，听取审议了市中级人民法院关于人大交办督
办信访案件办理情况的汇报，并通过聘请律师参与人大信访工作，不断创新信访工作机制，努力提高
信访工作水平。全年共接待群众来访763批、1330人次，办理群众来信364件次，办理上级人大督办、
交办信件及领导批示信件137件。
