    对部分“两委”成员的工作分工进行了调整，对部分中层干部进行了轮岗，在网上公开发布招骋
公告，通过严格考试选拔，面向全国、全省招聘了32名优秀本科生、研究生，优化了专业人才队伍。
建立了科学有效、优胜劣汰、适者生存的监督考核机制，定期组织区内企业、外来投资商和基层干部
群众对领导班子、区直部门、分局进行作风、行风评议，并将评议结果作为年终评选表彰的重要依据。
