转量40977.5万人公里，  分别增长12%、22%。完成电信业务总量33337.7万元，增长27%；邮政业务总量
2908.4万元，增长6.49%。年末固定电话用户15.3万户，比年初减少2.64万户；移动电话用户43.1万户，
比年初增加8.3万户；电话普及率58.4部/百人，比上年增加5.5部/百人。
