    1995年，市工行投资开发了U6000计算机储蓄应用系统工程。经过试点运行，于9月份正式在全市
工商银行86家储蓄所实现了储蓄存款的通存通兑，大大方便了储户存取款项。这在全市金融系统尚属
首家，省工行也专门召开会议在全省工行系统推广。
