    市、县环保部门坚持依法办事，通过强化监理手续，加强收费力量，在应征范围内挖掘潜力，全
年排污收费总额达1320万元，比1994年增长30％。临沭、郯城两县收费额均达100万元。平邑县环保局
针对过去收费中存在的薄弱环节，狠抓各项制度落实，聘请法律顾问对收费工作进行监督指导，收费
额也突破100万元。
