    经过近3年的艰苦努力，到本年度，1993--1997年度环境目标责任制中期责任指标基本落实。城市
环境综合整治定量考核达到72分；建成和巩固了24平方公里的烟尘控制区；环境质量，除大气二氧化
硫年、日平均值略为超标外，其余均达到指标要求。
