    为适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要，开办了各类法律专业班。1995年律函招生658名，律师法律专业37名，律师脱产班79名，法学本科班116名，律师业余大专班117名，法律脱产大专班22名，法律业余大专班122名，电视法律中专班327名。同时对338名乡镇法律服务工作者进行了为期两周的业务培训，提高了他们的业务素质和工作水平。
