    1995年工程处实行自收自支。克服了一无资金，二无机械设备和缺乏管理经验等困难，实行内部承包责任制。完成建平房、铺管道、补路面、换门窗等项目13项，产值102．3万元，创利税10．5万元，实现了保证开支、略有节余的目标。
