    市政府各驻外办事处(联络处)是市政府的对外窗口，担负着经济技术协作、人才交流、资金引进、信息传递、接待服务等项任务。一年来，各驻外办事处克服各种困难，积极创造条件，努力开展工作，完成了大量的人员接待、信息传递等项工作，较好地发挥了对外窗口的作用。据统计，全年各驻外办事处共接待各类人员3785人次，传递各种信息635条。
