    为搞好社科知识的普及工作，社联先后建立了“社联培训中心”和“临沂市科工贸人才培训学校”，实行与省高等院校、 本市中专联合办学的办法，1995年向社会输送合格大专函授毕业生70名，中专生152名。1995年继续招收本科函授生14名，专科生71名，中专生463名。社联利用办学，既为社会培养了人才，同时也促进了社科知识的普及。
