    男，汉族，1953年2月生，山东荣成人，大专毕业，1972年6月加入中国共产党，1969年6月参加工作。 1969年6月至1971年1月在临沂制药厂工作。   1971年1月至1976年3月在铁道兵独立汽车团当战士。1976年3月至1982年10月任临沂地区汽车运输公司秘书、党办副主任。1982年10月至1984年8月任临沂地区行署办公室办事员。1984年8月至1987年4月任临沂地区行署办公室副科长。1987年4月至1988年1 2月任临沂地区行署办公室副主任、党组成员。1988年12月至1989年8月任临沂地区行署办公室主任、党组书记。1989年8月至1993年3月任临沂地区行署秘书长、行署党组成员、行署办公室党组书记。1993年3月至1995年4月任临沂地区中级人民法院院长、党组书记。1995年4月任临沂市中级人民法院院长、党组书记。
