    男，汉族，1935年11月生，山东沂水人，大学毕业，1956年5月加入中国共产党，1961年9月参加工作。 1961年9月至1965年7月在郯城县码头公社农技站任技术员、副站长，后任区委组织干事。1965年7月至1975年4月先后任郯城县农业局、农林局副局长。1975年4月至1978年9月任郯城县杨集公社党委副书记、书记。1978年9月至1984年4月任临沂地区农科所副所长、副书记。1984年4月至1992年12月任临沂地区人事局局长、党组书记。1992年12月至1995年4月任临沂地区人大工委副主任、党组成员。1995年4月任临沂市人大常委会副主任、党组成员。
