成了重建或改建。全市组织开展了“关爱女性生殖健康”活动，全市育龄妇女生殖健康普查率达97%
以上， 避孕节育措施落实率达98%。 全市市级计划生育优质服务先进乡镇达60%，优质服务先进村达
45.1%。
