    认真贯彻落实《民办教育促进法》等文件精神，加强对民办学校的管理，对全市220处民办学校
进行检查整顿，规范了民办学校办学行为。加强了民办学校党建工作，有42处民办学校建立了党组织。
年内，民建山东省委主办的山东中华职业学校落户临沂，全市民办教育规模进一步壮大。扶持发展高
中段特殊教育，做好组织残疾儿童入学和控制辍学工作，在普通中小学开展了残疾儿童随班就读工作,
适龄残疾儿童少年入学率达94%。
