    加强教育培训，提升整体素质，实施“新员工工程”，强化全员技能测试。实施各类岗位人员分
级管理，利用经管网等载体，扩展“网点传媒系统”功能，加大各类先进的宣扬树推力度。加强规范
管理，推进文化建设，建起了15个职工之家、48个职工小家。加强“五型”机关和窗口形象建设，启
动了部门职能考核、“神秘人”检查考核、网点晨会等。“5·12”汶川地震后，党员干部捐交“特
殊党费”13万元。
