    2008年上半年，全市各级国税系统抓住市场活跃、经济运行态势良好机遇，严格落实组织收入原
则，共组织收入46.5亿元，同比增长29.54%，实现了收入总量的快速增长；下半年，面对全球金融危
机冲击、经济税源急剧下滑、政策性减收集中等压力，各级坚持以组织收入为中心，服务于经济发展
大局，立足实际，做好管理增收工作，最大限度地实现了税收增收。全年全市共组织国税收入84.68亿
元，同比增长12.83%。
