    2008年，市财政局落实中央、省、市各项部署，积极应对国内外经济形势的严峻挑战，改进工作
方式，加大工作力度，保持了财政经济增长的态势。全市实现地方财政收入80.2亿元,增长16.7%；财
政支出152.4亿元，增长19.9%，完成了市十七届人大一次会议确定的任务，促进了全市经济社会又好
又快发展。年内，市财政局通过了省级文明单位和省级文明机关验收，多项工作受到市委、市政府和
省财政厅的表彰。
