物业管理协调投入2300余万元，提高了物业硬件建设和物业管理水平。加强物业专项维修资金归集工
作，全年归集到专户的专项维修资金3622.77万元，累计归集到专户的资金余额达1.62亿元，初步奠定
了住房“养老金”制度的基础。
