    受南方大范围冰雪灾害、 “5·12” 汶川大地震、全球性金融危机等影响，全段干部职工通过
“奋战四十天实现双过半”、“增收补欠百日会战”等增运补欠活动，减小了收入欠账。加强运力组
织，优化了机车运用、车辆取送、装卸车组织等环节，压缩中停时，确保了管内运输畅通。全年共完
成运输收入38885.3万元，为年计划的93%；旅客发送196.2万人，为年计划的109%；货物发送400.1万吨，
为年计划的79%，较计划欠104.9万吨；停时20.5小时，与计划持平；中时5.1小时，较计划延长0.4小时；
保价收入412.1万元，为年计划的114%；货车静载重60.5吨，与计划持平。
