    年内，市化工协会进行了5次主要调研活动。针对企业和全行业发展中面临的突出问题开展调查
研究，提出切实可行的改进措施或建议；针对上级制定出台的宏观调控措施和发展战略、规划研究出
应对配套措施，规避发展风险，用足用好优惠政策。金融危机爆发后，临沂市化肥企业受冲击严重，
大部分企业被迫限产、停产，市化工协会及时调度、跟踪，开展调研，为企业应对危机、政府决策提
供了可靠依据。
