    年内，全市完成治理水土流失面积266平方公里，完成土石方3350万方，投工2300万个，投资7300
万元。其中中央国债项目250万元，省属项目150万元，群众6900万元。市、县共制定并下发规范性文
件10个，查处水保违法案件40件，审批开发建设项目水土保持方案790个，征收水保“两费”390万元，
其中市级水保“两费”征收52万元。
