    推进警力下沉，全市派出所和一线实战单位警力达到县级公安机关总警力的92.38%；建设社区和
农村警务室862个，派驻民警1210名。加强基层基础设施和警用装备建设，全市派出所楼房率达87.3%，
14个分县局落实了公用经费保障标准，基层一线民警全部配发单警装备。年内，有1人被评为全国公
安机关“三基”工程建设先进个人；4个分、县局、18个基层所队和65人被评为全省公安机关“三基”
工程建设先进集体和先进个人。
