    发挥社联职能，立足解决热点问题，围绕文化建设、城市建设、新农村建设、旅游经济等，与有
关单位联合举办了多次研讨活动，为“大临沂、新临沂”建设提供智力支持。与有关部门联合，制定
了《临沂市2008年社会科学研究课题指南》；开展了2007年度立项课题的结题鉴定和2008年度课题申报
立项工作以及三个重大课题的联合攻关，并向市委、市人大、市政府、市政协负责人呈报了多篇有重
要参考价值的研究成果。
