    市纪委、监察局会同有关部门，加强了对宏观调控、节能减排、环境保护、节约集约用地、抗震
救灾资金物资管理使用、县域经济发展、重点项目建设、创建文明城市、扩大内需促进经济增长等工
作的监督检查，促进了中央和省、市委重大决策部署的贯彻执行。全年共开展执法监察68项，查处土
地违法违规案件42起，环保违法案件78起，给予党纪、政纪处分31人。
